ACTED - Iraq in turmoil

The Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development (ACTED), an international relief organisation created in Afghanistan and headquartered in Paris, started operations in Kabul in 1993 and now runs humanitarian and development projects throughout the world. ACTED's Iraq projects are currently managed from Amman, Jordan.
