ACT/Caritas - Darfur conflict
Since July 2004, the Action by Churches Together (ACT) international alliance and the Caritas network have worked on a joint response to the Darfur crisis. The Darfur Emergency Response Operation (DERO) has channelled the resources of some 65 Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox Christian organisations from around the world into a joint humanitarian operation.
