OFADEC - Liberian reconstruction
Established in 1976 following a regional drought, the Senegal-based Office Africain pour le Developpement et la Cooperation (OFADEC) works on rural development and refugee protection. OFADEC assists and advocates for Liberian and other refugee groups in Senegal.
