The Creston SDA Church offers food, cookware, infant needs and emergency packs to individuals who are in need. Their food bank is open once a week, throughout the year, as well as in emergency situations. A Coronary Health Improvement Program will be offered to the community, in 2008.

ADRA is working hard in Nepal to meet the needs of the poor, disadvantaged and socially excluded communities. It is believed that the root causes of poverty are the unresponsive social system, discriminatory social practices, and lack of access to resources by communities. ADRA believes that through strengthening community organizations, these problems can be addressed.
