CMMB’s Healing Help pharmaceutical donations program responds to the dire shortage of quality medicines and primary healthcare in resource-poor countries. In FY2008, CMMB made 556 shipments of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies valued at US$186.9 million to recipients in 40 countries.

CMMB receives generous donations of high-quality medicines and other products from our partners in the pharmaceutical and medical supplies industries. CMMB then ships much needed medicines and supplies to locations worldwide, in response to requests from our in-country partners.

Doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals from the U.S. who are preparing for health missions to resource-poor countries frequently contact CMMB to obtain necessary medical supplies. Through CMMB’s Medical Supplies for Mission Trips program, we provide these valuable volunteers with all the medicines they can carry as they go about their work.

CMMB-supplied medicines and medical supplies are distributed free of charge to all in need.

CMMB is a founding member of the Partnership for Quality Medical Donations (PQMD), an alliance of private organizations and medical product manufacturers dedicated to raising the standards of medical donations.
