Financial crisis
Global hunger belongs on the agenda of the world finance summit in Washington
On the eve of the G20 summit in Washington, which will address the current financial crisis, Welthungerhilfe is calling on the German government to place the problems of developing countries on the agenda.
Ultimately it will be the developing countries which are going to feel the long-term repercussions of the financial crisis most.
Are more people going to have to go hungry just because some bankers backed the wrong horse?
