VIDEO: Sink or swim for Philippines village in four-year flood
Source: Reuters
Aug. 17 - Residents of a village in the Philippines are struggling to cope with flood waters that have persisted for nearly four years.
Scientists say a combination of climate change, subsiding land and ground water extraction is to blame for the continuous rains and chest-high floods that have blighted the lives of villagers in Artex compound.
Paul Chapman reports.
