Track and windspeed of Intense hurricane Omar

Intense hurricane Omar is forecast to strike the Azores as a tropical storm at about 18:00 GMT on 21 October. Data supplied by the US National Hurricane Center suggest that the point of landfall will be near 40.0 N, 31.8 W. Omar is expected to bring 1-minute maximum sustained winds to the region of around 64 km/h (40 mph). Wind gusts in the area may be considerably higher.
