Track and windspeed of Tropical storm Noul

Tropical storm Noul struck Vietnam at about 06:00 GMT on 17 November. Data supplied by the US Navy and Air Force Joint Typhoon Warning Center suggest that the point of landfall was near 11.9 N, 109.3 E. Noul brought 1-minute maximum sustained winds to the region of around 74 km/h (46 mph). Wind gusts in the area may have been considerably higher.
