Tropical Cyclone Nicholas was located on February 13 near 14.6S 121.1E at 0600 UTC or approximately 605nm northeast of Learmonth,Australia. it was moving east-northeastward at 4 knots with maximum sustained winds of 45 knots with gusts to 55 knots.
