Tropical Cyclone Ivan is located near 13.4S, 59.5E approximately 515nm north-northeast of La Reunion. At 0600 UTC on February 14,2008, Ivan was moving westward at 9 knots with maximum sustained winds of 65 knots (75mph) and gusts up to 80 knots (92mph)
