Tropical Cyclone Jokwe is located near 11.9S, 50.8E approximately 480nm north-northeast of Antananarivo in Madagascar. At 05/1500 UTC, Jokwe was moving westward at 13 knots with maximum sustained winds of 50 knuts and gusts up to 65 knots
