Category one Tropical Cyclone Jokwe is located near 13.7S 46.9E, approximately 315nm north of Antananarivo in Madagascar. At 06/1200 UTC, Jokwe was moving south-southwestward at 12 knots with maximum sustained winds of 75 knots (86mph) with gusts to 90 knots (104mph)
