On March 27 at 0600 UTC, Category 2 Tropical Cyclone Pancho was located near 20.5S 106.3E approximately 445 nm west of Learmonth, Australia. Pancho was moving south-southeastward at 13 knots with maximum sustained winds of 95 knots (109 mph) with gusts to 115 knots (132 mph).
