Typhoon Rammasun was located near 29.3N, 138.4E at 12/1200 UTC Typhoon Rammasun just south of Japan was moving northeastward at 28 knots (32mph),with mazimum sustained winds of 65 knots (75mph) and gusts to 80 knots (92mph).
