At 1500 UTC on August 28, Tropical Storm Gustav is located near 17.9N 76.1W about 45 miles east of Kingston, Jamaica. TS Gustav is moving west at 5 mph with maximum sustained winds of 70 mph. Tropical Storm Hanna is located 20.5N 59.2W about 305 miles northeast of the northern Leeward Islands moving west-northwest with sustained winds of 40 mph. TS Hanna is the eighth Atlantic Tropical Storm of the 2008 season.
