At 1200 UTC on September 23, Category 3 Typhoon Hagupit is passing near Hong Kong and is located near 20.6N 114.0E or approximately 100 nm south of Hong Kong. Hagupit is moving westward at 16 mph, with maximum sustained winds of 121 mph and gusts to 150 mph.
