This map illustrates satellite detected flood water over the flood affected area in eastern Uganda. The flood-analysis outlines (areas in red) include normally occurring water bodies and
drainage networks. Some of these areas may not accurately reflect the recently inundated areas. Flood data prepared by ITHACA in
cooperation with WFP and UNOSAT.
