Save the Children Australia is responding to the wildfires in Southern Australia, that have left thousands homeless, closed schools and left
businesses devastated. These bushfires are the deadliest natural disaster in Australian history. Save the Children is implementing a Child Friendly Spaces programme as our key programmatic
intervention. Child friendly Spaces are designed to protect children during the acute response phases of this emergency. This programme is designed for children aged 0-6 and provides early
childhood care and development facilities, as well as support services for parents.
