The rear section of a crashed Tupolev Tu-154 aircraft of the Bashkirian Airlines is lifted up by a crane near the southern German city of Ueberlingen in this July 5, 2002 file picture. Swiss prosecutors began criminal proceedings against eight employees of air traffic control firm Skyguide on Tuesday, May 15, 2007, in connection with a 2002 mid-air collision that killed 71 passengers, most of them children. The crash involving a Russian holiday charter and a freight plane occurred in Swiss-controlled airspace over southern Germany after a lone air traffic controller missed a warning on his radar screen - one in a chain of errors that led Skyguide to admit serious flaws. Picture taken July 5, 2002.
