TABLE: Which disasters get most aid?

The World Disasters Report released today gives an interesting rundown of how much aid in dollars each person affected by various disasters and conflicts received in 2005.
No prizes for guessing that survivors of the Indian Ocean tsunami benefited more than those affected by conflict in places like Ivory Coast.
But you may be surprised to see just how vast the gap is - those in the tsunami region got 50 times more, and that's excluding the billions being poured into reconstruction.
To some extent this was because of the far greater media coverage, the report by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies says. For more on this click here.
