Feb. 14 - Bolivian President Evo Morales has appealed for international aid as rains and heavy flooding continue to disrupt life in parts of Boliva.

Rain and floods have killed at least 52 people nationwide since November and waters have isolated the Amazonian city of Trinidad, raising fears for a second straight year that a dike protecting the city could burst, although the waters have receded slightly in the past two days.
