VIDEO: Colombia misused Red Cross emblem

Jul 16 - The Colombian Government has admitted that it used the Red Cross emblem during the military's July 2nd rescue of Ingrid Betancourt and 14 others.

Colombia's President Alvaro Uribe confirmed that a Colombian intelligence officer displayed the Red Cross emblem during the mission.
