BUCHAREST, Oct 25 (Reuters) - Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said on Thursday Ankara, not Washington, would decide on whether Turkish troops conducted any military incursions into northern Iraq to crush Kurdish militants hiding there. Replying to reporters' questions during a visit to Romania, Erdogan also said he wanted Washington to act with Ankara as a strategic ally against the rebels. He did not say whether this meant a joint military operation.
