Aug 21 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 2100 GMT on Thursday. * denotes new or updated item * BAGHDAD - A parked car bomb killed one civilian and wounded four others in western Baghdad, police said. * BAGHDAD - Two bodies were found in Baghdad on Thursday, police said. * BAGHDAD - Gunmen in opened fire from three cars in central Baghdad, killing one pedestrian and wounding another, police said. * BAGHDAD - Gunmen wounded an interior ministry official in the Karrada district of central Baghdad, police said. * BAGHDAD - Three people were wounded when a bomb exploded in the Karrada district of central Baghdad, police said. MOSUL - Police found three bodies in various parts of Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad. One had been decapitated. Another was identified as the body of a policeman. MOSUL - Militants killed a policeman in a gun battle in western Mosul, police said. MOSUL - A policeman was wounded in clashes with gunmen in northern Mosul, police said. BAGHDAD - U.S. forces detained 15 suspected militants during operations targeting al-Qaeda in different parts of Iraq, including one suspected of plotting attacks on local neighbourhood patrols.
