Nov 25 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 2100 GMT on Sunday.

* denotes new or updated items.

*SAMARRA - Coalition forces killed 10 al Qaeda suspects during an operation against senior leaders of the Sunni Islamist militant group and their associates in the city of Samarra, 100 km (62 miles) on Saturday, the U.S. military said.

*BAGHDAD - Five corpses were found in various parts of Baghdad, police said.

*KIRKUK - One Iraqi soldier was killed and four were wounded when Iraqi forces opened fire on an explosives-laden truck speeding towards a checkpoint in the city of Kirkuk, 250 km (155 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. Three soldiers were still missing after the truck exploded, police added.

MOSUL - Gunmen killed a guard at the headquarters of the Sunni Islamic Party in eastern Mosul, some 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - Coalition forces detained a suspected leader of a rogue Shi'ite Muslim militant group and two other suspected criminals during operations late on Friday in Rashdiya north of Baghdad, the U.S. military said.

BAGHDAD - U.S. forces detained 24 gunmen in several operations targeting al Qaeda militants in central and northern Iraq, the U.S. military said.

KHALIS - U.S. forces arrested a suspected leader of rogue units of the Shi'ite Mehdi Army around Khalis, 80 km (50 miles) north of Baghdad, the U.S. military said.

MOSUL - A roadside bomb targeting a U.S. patrol wounded six people in the city of Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

FALLUJA - Police detained four gunmen after an attack that wounded a policeman in Falluja, 50 km (30 miles) west of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - A car bomb killed nine people and wounded 30 near the Health Ministry in Bab al-Muadham street in central Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb wounded two civilians in the Waziriya district of northern Baghdad, police said. A second roadside bomb exploded when Iraqi security forces arrived on the scene, killing one soldier and wounding six others, police said.

BAGHDAD - Four bodies were found in different districts in Baghdad on Saturday, police said.

BALAD - Iraqi army and U.S. forces arrested two gunmen during operations on Saturday in different areas in Iraq, the U.S. military said.
