July 19 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1315 GMT on Saturday. NEAR TIKRIT - Gunmen killed three policemen in an attack on their patrol outside Tikrit, 150 km (95 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb wounded four civilians in central Baghdad, police said. MOSUL - Gunmen shot dead a civilian and wounded another in a bungled attempt to kidnap them in western Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. MOSUL - A handcuffed body was found with gunshot wounds on Friday in western Mosul, police said. MOSUL - Gunmen killed one person on Friday just outside his house in northern Mosul, police said. BAGHDAD - U.S. forces detained 21 militants, including two wanted men, during operations in central and northern Iraq targeting al Qaeda, on Friday and Saturday, the U.S. military said in a statement.
