Zimbabwe MDC's Biti appears before judge

HARARE, June 14 (Reuters) - Zimbabwe's opposition Movement for Democratic Change secretary-general Tendai Biti appeared before a High Court judge on Saturday to determine whether his arrest on Thursday was lawful.

Police had earlier failed to bring him to the High Court as ordered. (Reporting by MacDonald Dzirutwe)
