COLOMBO, Nov 28 (Reuters) - Sri Lanka's Tamil Tigers killed 16 people in a second bomb attack in hours in the capital Colombo on Wednesday, the military said. "There are 16 dead bodies in the hospital and 20 people wounded," a military spokesman said, referring to the second attack, which took place near a shopping centre in a residential quarter of the city. A Tamil Tiger suicide bomber blew herself up near the office of a minority Tamil minister earlier on Wednesday, killing his personal secretary.
