Twenty people dead in Bangladesh road accident

DHAKA, Jan 17 (Reuters) - At least 20 people were killed and 60 others were injured when two buses collided head-on at a Bangladesh highway on Thursday, police and doctors said.

The accident was caused by reckless driving by one of the buses on the Dhaka-Mawa highway at Rajendrapur, about 16 km (10 miles) south of the capital Dhaka, police said. (Reporting by Nizam Ahmed, editing by Bill Tarrant)
