-- Five state-run enterprises, Vietindebank, Vietnam Airlines, Petrovietnam, Vinashin and Phong Phu Corp, have formed the Vietnam Aircraft Leasing Co, the country's first of its kind, with a registered capital of 640 billion dong ($39.6 million).
