Reuters has not verified these stories. - - - - FINANCIAL NEWS: HANOI MOI -- The Finance Ministry has set a band of +/- 10 percent for trading in shares of unlisted companies to be hosted by the Hanoi stock exchange <.HASTCI>, it said in a directive. No bands will be set on bonds trading. - - - - TUOI TRE -- The National Assembly has approved an investment plan of 112 trillion dong ($6.8 billion) for development projects in the state budget next year, down 6 trillion dong from 2007, Planning and Investment Minister Vo Hong Phuc said. ECONOMIC AND GENERAL NEWS: VIETNAM NEWS -- Police said they have cracked down on 235 trafficking rings around the country and arrested 654 suspected traffickers of women and children so far this year. They said the crime was getting increasingly sophisticated, using various ruses like marriage, adoption and tourism as cover up. - - - - QUAN DOI NHAN DAN -- Heavy rain and floods in recent days have damaged a combined 1,100 tonnes of food and coffee in the central highland province of Daklak.
