BAGHDAD, Dec 30 (Reuters) - Iraq's National Security adviser Mowaffaq al-Rubaie said on Saturday Saddam Hussein's half- brother Barzan al-Tikriti and former judge Awad al-Bander have not yet been executed.

State television Iraqiya earlier said Barzan and Bander were hanged after Saddam. Another Iraqi official said the two will be executed later on Saturday. Rubaie, who said he witnessed the execution, told Iraqiya Saddam appeared to be a "broken man" before he mounted the scaffold.
