Suicide car bomber kills 4 in NW Pakistan town

PARACHINAR, Pakistan, Aug 4 (Reuters) - A suicide car bomber killed at least four people and wounded several others in an attack in the town of Parachinar near the Afghan border, hospital and paramilitary officials.

The bodies and wounded were taken to a hospital in Parachinar, the main town of the Kurram tribal region, according to Dr. Haneef Jan.

Paramilitary official Mohammad Kafir told a Reuters reporter at the spot that the car bomber rammed another car on a road through a bazaar in the town.
