PESHAWAR, Pakistan, Nov 7 (Reuters) - A suspected U.S. drone fired a missile on Friday into Pakistan's tribal region of North Waziristan on the Afghan border, killing 10 people, security officials said.

"It happened close to the border. We have reports of 10 dead but it will take time to get more information," said a military officer. (Reporting by Alamgir Bitani; Writing by Kamran Haider; Editing by Robert Birsel and Jerry Norton)
