March 26 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan by 0730 GMT on Thursday: HELMAND - Taliban insurgents killed nine Afghan policemen in an attack on a police post in Nahr Saraj district, some 555 km (345 miles) southwest of Kabul, the Interior Ministry said in a statement. GHAZNI - Four Taliban insurgents were killed, and seven policemen and two civilians were wounded during a battle just outside Ghazni city some 200 km (125 miles) southwest of Kabul, a spokesman for the provincial governor said. Afghan police were taking a detained militant to the provincial court when the Taliban militants started to attack, the spokesman added. (Compiled by Hamid Shalizi, Editing by Valerie Lee)
