Aug 19 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1100 GMT on Sunday:

* BAGHDAD - Ten people were killed and 42 wounded by four mortar rounds which fell in a residential area of Shi'ite al-Obeidi district in eastern Baghdad, police said.

* BAGHDAD - Gunmen stopped a small bus and seized 15 passengers in the Bab al-Muadham area of central Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - One person was killed and six wounded when a bomb on a parked motorcycle exploded in central Baghdad's al-Jamhouriya street, police said.

KIRKUK - Two people were wounded by a roadside bomb in Kirkuk, 250 km (155 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - One person was killed and three wounded by a bomb in a garbage dump in southern Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - U.S. forces killed three suspected insurgents and detained 21 others during operations targeting al-Qaeda in Iraq in central and northern Iraq, the U.S. military said.
