U.S. official shot in Sudan dies - Arabiya TV

DUBAI, Jan 1 (Reuters) - A U.S. official who was critically wounded in a shooting attack on an embassy vehicle in Khartoum on Tuesday has died, Al Arabiya television reported. Arabiya quoted the U.S. embassy as saying the official died. It gave no further details.
