(Adjusts death toll to four Italians) SHARM EL-SHEIKH, Egypt, Nov 1 (Reuters) - Four Italian tourists were killed when their minibus and a truck collided in the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh on Thursday, the Egyptian state news agency MENA said. Four Italians and an Egyptian man were also injured in the accident, it added. Rescue services had said earlier that the four dead were three Italians -- a man, a woman and a child -- and the Egyptian driver of the minibus. The injured have been taken to the international hospital in the town, a popular diving and beach resort on the southern tip of the Sinai peninsula, they added. The collision took place on the main road between the resort and Sharm el-Sheikh airport.
