July 2 (Reuters) - Four U.S. soldiers and one Marine were killed in various attacks in Iraq on Sunday, the U.S. military said on Monday.

It said two soldiers and one Marine were killed in western Anbar province.

Two U.S. soldiers were killed in Baghdad on Sunday, one by small arms fire in southern Baghdad and the second by gunfire that followed a roadside bomb attack in western Baghdad. Two Iraqi policemen were also wounded in that attack.
