SHARM EL-SHEIKH, Egypt, May 3 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice urged Damascus on Thursday to take action to stop foreign fighters from entering Iraq in a rare face-to-face meeting with the Syrian foreign minister. Rice, speaking to journalists after roughly 30 minutes of talks with Foreign Minister Walid al-Moualem in Egypt, said she had let Syria know that "action will speak louder than words". "This is an opportunity to help stabilise Iraq," she said.
