Kenya's bourse discontinues trade for rest of the day

NAIROBI, Jan 3 (Reuters) - The Nairobi Stock Exchange said on Thursday it had stopped trading for the rest of the day amid post-election unrest.

"Please note that the day's trading activity at the Nairobi Stock Exchange has been discontinued as from 11.20 a.m. for the remainder of the day," a statement by the bourse said.
