GAZA, Jan 3 (Reuters) - Israeli warplanes bombed a building belonging to the family of two slain Palestinian Islamic Jihad militants in Gaza City on Thursday, his faction and witnesses said.

Ambulances rushed to the scene after the explosion caused by the air strike. There was no immediate word on casualties.

An Israeli military spokeswoman confirmed the air force had attacked in the area. (Editing by Charles Dick)
