Jan 4 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1330 GMT on Friday. * Denotes new or updated item. * JURF AL-SAKHAR - Gunmen killed a civilian in a drive-by shooting in the town of Jurf al-Sakhar, 85 km (55 miles) south of Baghdad, police said. IFACH - Iraqi and Polish forces arrested three gunmen on Thursday in the town of Ifach, east of Diwaniya, 180 km (110 miles) south of Baghdad, Polish forces said. NAJAF - Iraqi security forces and U.S. forces arrested 18 militants on Thursday, in Najaf's vast cemetery, 160 km (100 miles) south of Baghdad, the head of the city's security committee, Hussain al-Bdairi, said. NEAR MUQDADIYA - U.S. forces killed two insurgents just north of the town of Muqdadiya, 90 km (55 miles) northeast of Baghdad, the U.S. military said. The insurgents were killed as part of an operation targeting al Qaeda militants in the area. NEAR BAGHDAD - A U.S. helicopter missile killed one insurgent and wounded two others, including another insurgent, when it attacked a house in a rural area just south of Baghdad, the U.S. military said. Five suspected insurgents were detained.
