(Updates death toll) BAGHDAD, Jan 6 (Reuters) - A suicide bomber wearing an explosives vest killed eight people, including at least four Iraqi soldiers, during celebrations to mark Army Day in the eastern Baghdad suburb of Karrada on Sunday, police said. The blast occurred outside the offices of a non-governmental organisation that had been hosting celebrations for high-ranking army officers and government officials. Reuters television footage showed a group of soldiers dancing in the street, waving their assault rifles in the air and chanting "Where is terrorism today?" moments before the bomb exploded.
