Quake rattles Taiwan's capital

TAIPEI, Sept 7 (Reuters) - An earthquake of 6.5 magnitude rattled Taiwan's capital Taipei early on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey and witnesses said.

A Reuters journalist in Taipei said the quake shook his building, knocking pictures off the walls.
