Web site says to carry new bin Laden video

DUBAI, Sept 7 (Reuters) - An Islamist Web site said on Friday it would "soon" carry a new video of al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden to mark the sixth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks on U.S. cities. The Web site carried a photograph apparently from the video which showed bin Laden seemingly aged compared to available pictures. It did not say when the video would be issued.
