KABUL, Feb 7 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and British Foreign Secretary David Miliband arrived on Thursday in Afghanistan's Kandahar region where Taliban insurgents have been highly active. The United States and Britain have been urging other NATO members to share more of the combat burden in Afghanistan, particularly in the south, where the Islamist Taliban insurgency is strongest.
