Car bomb kills 17 in Algeria-state news agency

ALGIERS, Sept 8 (Reuters) - A car bomb killed 17 people and wounded about 30 in eastern Algeria on Saturday, the official APS news agency reported, quoting hospital sources.

The agency said the explosion took place in the Mediterranean port town of Dellys 100 km (62 miles) east of Algiers.
