June 9 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1600 GMT on Monday:

* BAGHDAD - Three bodies were found with gunshot wounds in the capital on Monday, police said.

* BAGHDAD - Two Iraqi police officers were wounded when insurgents attacked their patrol car with a rocket-propelled grenade in the Shaab district of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - An Iraqi soldier was killed and five civilians wounded when an Iraqi army convoy was hit by an explosion in the Rusafa district of Baghdad, the U.S. military said.

MOSUL - Gunmen stormed a house and killed two people in western Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

MOSUL - Gunmen killed a policeman while he was on a foot patrol in western Mosul, police said.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb killed at least four people, including an Iraqi soldier, and wounded at least 12 other people, when it exploded near an Iraqi army patrol in Karrada district, central Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - Coalition forces killed five members of al Qaeda and detained 13 others in operations in Iraq on Sunday and Monday, the U.S. military said. In one operation in northwest Iraq, they came under heavy fire and called in air support.

BAGHDAD - Four bodies were found with gunshot wounds in different districts of Baghdad on Sunday, police said.

NEAR BAQUBA - Three mortar bombs killed one person and wounded two others in a town east of Baquba, 65 km (40 miles) northeast of Baghdad, police said.

NEAR BAQUBA - A roadside bomb killed a man driving a tractor just north of Baquba, police said.

TARMIYA - A bomb exploded near a checkpoint controlled by a U.S.-backed neighbourhood patrol, killing one person and wounding three others in Tarmiya, 25 km (15 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.
